- UNIVERSAL HARDNESS TESTERS
- VICKERS HARDNESS TESTER
SELECT A MANUAL HARDNESS TESTER IF
you only need to complete a few Vickers test cycles a month the hardness tester is used by 2 people at most you prefer single to multiple Vickers tests and you are not interested in complex patterns, such as case hardening and welding
SELECT A MANUAL HARDNESS TESTER IF
you need to complete several Vickers test cycles a month the hardness tester is used by several people and you require access to customised software you often require multiple Vickers tests rather than single Vickers tests, especially for case hardening and welding

Portable hardness tester for rubber and plastic
Read More....
The CX Shore hardness tester has been designed to outperform the traditional Shore portable hardness testers available on the market by taking advantage of specific technology and ensuring data connectivity perfected to the smallest detail.
Ideal for measuring polymers, elastomers, rubbers and gel-like materials (such as plastics, rubber, medical items, papers and sponges) with minimum thickness starting from 6 mm, in full compliance with the ISO 48-4, ASTM D2240, ISO 868 and ISO 21509 reference standards.
Possible Shore hardness scales:
A, AM, AO, B, C, D, DO, O, E, M, O, OO, OOO and OOO-S

Every size and thickness is measurable.
TKX-10 is able to measure large parts of any thickness from 48.70 μm (0.002 in.) according to ASTM E3246. This is a great advantage because it overcomes the limitations of common UCI and LEEB hardness testers that are very constrained to a much higher minimum thickness and mass of the test piece.
The minimum thickness required by Leeb is 15 mm (0.59 In.) and 1.5 kg mass (just for the LEEB C scale). While, Ultrasonic hardness (UCI) requires 0.3 kg minimum mass and 5mm (0.2 In.) minimum thickness.
Instead, TKX-10 is able to measure any material such as aluminium, brass, bronze, stainless steel, chrome-plated surfaces of any size: from sheets to much larger metal blocks as fittings for the oil & gas industry.
This universality is ensured without changing the indenter: it is in fact equipped with a diamant indenter that ensures precise measurements in any condition.
BENCH TOP
STANDS

Use your portable hardness tester, either analogue or electronic, with one of our bench top stands. You will enjoy maximum repeatability and accuracy in your Shore hardness tests.
All this thanks to the correct orthogonality between the indenter and the sample being tested, the uniformity in the application of the force and the control system ensuring appropriate positioning of the stand on the workbench.
All our bench top stands are in compliance with international standards, including ISO 48-4 e ASTM D2240, ISO 868 and ISO 21509.
AXE-440 Rockwell hardness
tester
Read More....
Designed to perform Rockwell, Surface Rockwell, Plastic & Carbon tests, and to generate Vickers and Brinell indentations.
We have designed AXE440 to be your right-hand man in any test condition, always complying with the international standards, including ISO 6506-2, ISO 6507-2, ISO 6508-2, ISO 2039, ASTM E-18 and ASTM E-103.
The hardness value is just a click away: the Software – with proprietary algorithm – detects the indentation generated so as to provide the hardness value that you can easily read on the display.
